D&DC – Safe & Compliant Wine Delivery

We take pride in delivering our handcrafted wines safely and legally to your door. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, shipping times, and delivery requirements.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

 

Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers within:
USA

Note: Due to alcohol shipping laws, we are unable to deliver to certain regions. We are actively working to expand our service area.

Age Verification & Adult Signature Required

  • You must be 21 years or older (or legal drinking age in your region) to purchase wine.

  • Adult signature is required upon delivery. Carriers will not leave wine packages unattended or deliver to minors.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery.

 

Shipping Options & Carriers

  • We ship via [UPS / FedEx / Local Courier], using temperature-safe packaging when necessary.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

 

Weather Holds

To protect wine quality, we may delay shipments during extreme heat or cold. You will be notified of any weather-related holds or suggested alternate delivery dates.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery progress.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • No adult available for signature

  • Incorrect address

  • Delivery refusal

You may be responsible for re-shipping fees or restocking charges. Please double-check your delivery info before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At D&DC, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering our homemade wines, and we want every bottle you receive to meet your expectations. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our product (alcoholic beverages), we are unable to accept returns of wine once it has been shipped, except in cases of damage, spoilage, or error.

 

Refunds & Replacements

We gladly offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in the following situations:

  • Damaged in Transit
    If your order arrives broken, leaking, or visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and bottle(s).

  • Incorrect Order
    If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, we will quickly send the correct item(s) or offer a refund.

  • Spoiled or Faulty Wine
    Our wines are homemade with care, but if you believe a bottle is corked, oxidized, or otherwise spoiled, please reach out within 2 days of opening. We may request details or a sample for quality control.

❗ Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns or refunds based on taste preferences, as wine is a subjective experience.

  • Due to legal regulations, we cannot accept returns of alcohol once it has been successfully delivered and opened unless faulty.

  • You must be 21+ years of age (or legal drinking age in your region) to purchase.
